Scout Jr.

Scout Jr. just entered his foster home and his foster family is still getting to know him. What they have said is that Scout is a friendly, happy-go-lucky boy. He is a typical puppy, filled with sweetness, enthusiasm, and exuberance. Put all those GSD qualities together and you get one lovable boy. Scout is a tall, big, gangly puppy and will probably be 90-100 lbs when fully grown. Scout's foster mom is working with him on basic obedience so his puppy liveliness is better managed. Anyone interested in adopting Scout will need to commit to continuing his training. Regarding small children, Scout's foster mom is unable to test him at this time. However, because he is a large puppy and has a tendency to be mouthy and jumpy, Scout's foster mom feels it is best to place Scout in a home with no small children. Homes with children older than 10 years old will be considered.
