Special Considerations for Adoption:  Older children only, as she is an active girl

If you look closely you can still see the signs of the deplorable condition that Rose was in when she came to GHGSDR. She was covered with mange and missing so much of her fur that her skin was painful to look at. She has since made a wonderful recovery and only has a few patches where the fur is still coming in.

Having said that, Rose does not care about the past at all. This charmer lives in the present and the present is pretty sweet. Rose is young and active and loves to play with her foster's young male GSD, giving as good as she gets in the rough and tumble world of GSD games. She's also sweet and loves affection. She's a petite girl, happy and full of fun. She can startle at loud voices but recovers quickly when she realizes that humans aren't all bad. She loves scratches, good food and the chance to lay by your feet after a day of fun. She is still learning manners like not jumping on people in greeting so at this time we think she should go to a home with no small children. She is house trained and crate trained.

Rose is a joy to be around and she continues to bloom with good food and love. She needs her own home to continue this progress. If you're looking for a smart and loving girl, Rose is waiting for you.
