Lucinda

Lucinda is a beautiful, friendly dog and welcomes people into her house easily. She might do best as an only dog as she tends to be possessive with her “person” and her food. Lucinda is stunning and smart. You would never know that she has had a very tough life; she is a very happy dog. She will continue to thrive on love and affection. She spent years isolated outside in a backyard kennel, so living in a home with her people is a wonderful new experience for her. She loves it!  She has a lot of energy and wants to engage her people in play and go on walks. She has a cute mischievous streak, and does things like sneak up on you and grab a piece of paper out of the trash and dart away with it. Lucinda is quite a snuggler, and loves belly rubs and head scratches. Chew toys and chasing squirrels are two of her other favorites. Lucinda is house broken, and well behaved in the house; she is no longer being crated in her foster home. Oh and she has a funny penchant for howling at police and fire sirens.
