Juniper is the perfect dog for the family that can’t decide if they want an affectionate or a playful German Shepherd Dog. She loves to cuddle up next to you for some relaxing tummy rubs. She will also come to life and play when we want to play. She gets along with other dogs, our cat and pretty much anyone that she meets. Juniper is young enough to still be a little clumsy. She falls off our bed while we are petting her about once a week. It’s the funniest thing going when we see a clumsy loving pup fall off the bed and jump right back up for more attention.

She is the life of the party with a natural smile that you will pick up on within five minutes of being around her. She loves to play with other dogs. She acts like a puppy at times. She listens well when we need to correct her. Juniper has been loose in our home whenever we are home. She is well behaved and loves to be loved on. She is right next to me as I write this bio for her. She is crate trained and does well when left alone in her crate. She shares meals with two other German Shepherds in our home and has no food aggression or bad manners.

Juniper is a wonderful balance between a puppy and a kind hearted, affectionate dog. She will enjoy the adults' time loving on her as well as wearing the teenagers out in the backyard. She adapted quickly to her foster family’s new home as well as the guest who stop by to visit. Juniper is sure to add a new level of happiness to any family that gives her a forever home.
