Isabella

Is Isabella cute or what … she’s like a soft fluffy wolf, but SWEET as can be.

Isabella is new to her foster home and is learning what it’s like to live in a loving and caring home. She can be an anxious girl, but it’s diminishing a little bit each day. She will probably do best in a home with patient adults and older children, as she can be a little rambunctious when she plays. She would also do well in a home with another dog for a companion, since she was very close to her brother that was rescued at the same time.

Isabella shares her foster home with two Dachshunds and two cats. She gets along well with the small dogs and cats, but will sometimes chase them because she just wants to play. If you have small dogs and cats that don’t enjoy chase she probably will not be a good fit.

Isabella hasn’t learned the whole chasing the ball thing yet, but she likes furry dog toys, pinecones, and really enjoys going for walks. She walks well on a leash and will get even better with more practice. She is house trained and crate trained, and has started training for the "sit" command, although she tends to take it a bit further and lie down instead.

Isabella is always excited to be part of all activities in her foster home and would love to be part of the activities in her forever home. Please come and meet her, as she is very eager to meet you.
