Hathaway

Hathaway's foster family just loves him!  They have really enjoyed fostering him, and they said that if they didn't already have three German Shepherds, they would adopt him on the spot.  Hathaway is a very calm, easy dog to have in your home.  He comes when called, walks well on a leash, and never tries to bolt out the door or the gate.  On the contrary, he loves to be close to his foster family at all times.  He is house broken and crate trained, but he doesn't like to be in his crate.  He wants to be near his family.  He is very calm during thunderstorms, rides calmly in the car, and never digs in the yard or chews up anything that belongs to his foster family.  He is friendly with both the large dogs and the cats in his foster home.  He eats well, which is a good thing, because he was very underweight when he came to us.  He needs to gain about 20 more pounds.  All in all, Hathaway is a sweet, affectionate family dog, who will be a great addition to a loving home.
