Dakota Sue

Hi! I'm Dakota Sue, and I've had quite the adventure getting here. Maybe foster mom will tell you sometime, but all I really care about now is hanging with my people! It's great to have people. The first week I was here, I was pretty nervous. I barked a lot at the men in the house, but foster mom said that is not how I should say hello! Who knew?? I'm working on it and getting better but I may need some extra time and help settling into my forever home. I've responded really well to consistency and structure here, so foster mom says she knows I can do it because I'm smart. Foster dad takes me on walks every day and says I'm excellent on walks (and that I'm better on the leash than the other dog here, don't tell!) I hope I can find a forever home that can be patient but teach me what I need to do and we can have forever happy tails together!
