Special Considerations for Adoption:  *Clooney is young and energetic.  His foster family recommends him for children 13 years old and older.

Clooney is such a wonderful young boy!  His interests in life are playing with any and all toys given, following his foster parents all over the house, and FOOD! As Clooney’s foster, I can attest that he is a very lovable boy. He always wants to please, and is almost always happily attached to my side. He’s an extremely quick learner, and has picked up on my verbal and visual commands with ease.  He’s learned to go to his crate with a little encouragement, and will let you know when he wants to go potty. He knows how to “sit,” is learning “down,” and when it’s feeding time, he’s learned to be patient and wait for the command to “Go!” He gets along great with my small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, although he has more energy than his foster brother, and sometimes needs to let the older dog have a break from play. He goes on frequent walks, and does really well on the leash. He’s very vocal, but not necessarily a barker. He’s ALWAYS wagging his tail, and he loves exploring!  Clooney loves his people, and is so happy to be told what a good boy he is. I have loved fostering Clooney, and it will be hard to say good-bye, but I know his forever home is waiting for him.  GSDs are a slow maturing breed, and at 11 months, Clooney is still a puppy.  Like all young GSDs, Clooney will need plenty of exercise and training to mature into the wonderful adult dog I know he will be.  Anyone looking for a loving and affectionate GSD will fall in love with Clooney!
