Boswell

Boswell is a sweet and goofy boy.  He has figured out the routine of the home, and successfully lets his foster mom know when he wants / needs to go outside.  He does enjoy romping through the yard at full speed.  He will fetch a toy, but then he thinks it is his to play with.  He has not yet figured out to surrender said toy to continue the game.  He has gained some weight, and confidence this past week.  He enjoys playing with the other dogs, and enjoys cuddling on the couch and ear scratches as well.

Like any puppy, Boswell has lots of energy, but when his spurt of energy times out, he settles down nicely.  When left to his own devices, he will find mischief to get into, though he is not destructive.  He likes to hoard shoes, t-shirts and dish towels on his dog bed.  He will pile dog toys on there, too.

Boswell is young, so he stills pulls on his leash, jumps on you when you come home, and will dive into his bowl before you set it down.  We are working on his basic manners.  He is highly treat motivated, so training him is easy, and he wants to please his people.  If you are looking for an affectionate, intelligent, and playful companion, look no further.  Boswell is ready for his forever home.
