Special Considerations for Adoption: Boris would do best in a home with older children.

What a great looking German Shepherd Dog!  And Boris knows it, he likes to strut his stuff.  Boris has a great loving personality; he appears to be friendly towards everyone except the squirrels in the backyard.  He is a major shedder as he has a gorgeous plush cream and black coat. Though he loves to play with a joyful exuberance, he really needs correction when playing.  He likes to try and grab you with his paw and mouth you.  He only does this when playing fetch or horsing around. Not a mother any other time. As he can be rough when he plays, he will do best with older children until this behavior is corrected. Boris is housebroken and fairly well behaved except for his penchant for being on the furniture.  After all, he’s the king of the house.  Boris is 2 years old and relatively calm for such a young dog.  He will need to have training on basic commands including leash training to make him into the perfect companion.
