Thank you for stopping by to see us!  We are happy, healthy puppies that are available for adoption.  Our mommy is a German Shepherd - a sweet, beautiful young girl who fell for a good looking stranger.  After their brief romance, he was nowhere to be found.  When her people discovered that she was expecting, they took her to a noisy, crowded shelter, and walked away and left her behind.  Things looked bleak for her, and for us.  Enter Greater Houston German Shepherd Dog Rescue!  Because of them, our mommy was rescued, and we were born into a wonderful foster home, where we all got lots of love and attention, and the very best of care.

Now, you can meet us one by one!  Here's what I can tell you about myself.  My name is Beso, and that means "kiss" in Spanish.  That's a great name for me, because I'm a sweetheart, and a lover!  I'd rather cuddle with my people and squeak my squeaky toys than be outside playing.  My foster mom calls me her baby, and she can't resist my blue, blue eyes.  I am friendly, and very willing to meet people and dogs of all sizes.  Sometimes, if dogs are really big, I'll just go and ask my foster mom to pick me up and cuddle me.  My favorite dog is my bulldog foster sister.  I like to kiss her and cuddle up to her.  I really do think my confidence is growing. When I play with my brother (who is just my size) I have learned how to tumble and to play rough!
