Ash

Ash is a delightful puppy! He is a happy boy who loves to play with his GSD foster siblings. He is very excited and a bit rambunctious when his foster family first gets home, but he settles down right away. He listens well, and learns quickly. He already knows the "sit" command. As with all young dogs, Ash will need ongoing training and daily practice to learn everything he needs to know to be a well behaved adult. He needs an active adopter who understands that at only 7 months old, Ash is already 70 lbs. He has a lot more growing to do! It is crucial that his adopter commits to daily exercise and training, because we expect that Ash is going to get even bigger and stronger as he matures. Because of his size and strength, his foster family does not recommend Ash for a family with elderly members or children under the age of 12.

Ash already has a big, deep bark, and will alert his foster family if he hears something unusual. He is very sweet and loving, and enjoys attention. He loves curling up in a big, soft bed, and will sleep quietly all night without disturbing anyone. He is house broken and crate trained. His foster family thinks Ash is a wonderful puppy, and with daily exercise and training, he will mature into a terrific adult.
