Hi, my name is Westin and I am SO excited to meet my forever family! I am a big, happy boy ready for anything you want to try. I have 2 foster sisters and a foster brother who I happily hang out with, but I would be perfectly happy as an only dog too. I am learning so many new things in my foster home like playing with toys, walking on a leash, riding in cars, potty training and I am learning how to sit and lie down (By the way I am super smart and learn quickly!) Pup- peroni is probably my favorite thing on earth, next to hanging out with my foster mom and dad. I have zero food aggression and take treats and food with a very soft mouth. I adore scratches on my head, neck, belly, back—ok so everywhere, I just can’t get enough!

I am happy to hang out in my crate while the family is gone and at night. I sleep like a baby and don’t make a sound (I even have my own blanket) just dreaming about how happy I will be to see everyone in the morning.

If you have always wanted a loyal companion and 100% certified “velcro dog”, I’m your guy. Doing the dishes, no problem, I’ll join you in the kitchen. Chilling on the couch, I’m happy to sleep on your feet (or even join you if you’ll let me). Taking a walk, I’m there. Restroom break, don’t worry I’ll be there too—in fact you’ll never have to be alone again! I just can’t wait to have a family to call my very own. My foster mom and dad think my perfect family would be someone who has experience with GSDs or other large dogs since I’m underweight and may gain 10-20lbs. I need someone willing to continue my training to become all I can be in my new life. I like my friends big and rowdy so it’s probably best if my perfect match has large dogs only. I still don’t know where all my body parts are and I might accidentally clear off your coffee table with my tail or knock down a young child or an elderly parent.

I’m a pretty quiet boy but when I do bark, you will definitely know you are safe! I sound big and tough, but that bark is definitely worse than my bite. In fact, I pretty much only bark when my other foster siblings (horses) come to the fence. Farm animals are not my favorite, but I am learning to get along with them.

I can’t wait to meet you to show you what a good boy I am so come visit me!
