Hey there! My name’s Tyler, and I’m a gentle, sweet, and loyal 60-pound guy who’s just looking for a loving home to call my own. I’m a bit on the shy side when it comes to new people, places, and things, but once I trust you, I’ll be your best friend forever! I’m a Velcro dog, which means I’m always sticking close by and happy to be underfoot, especially when you’re hanging out at home. I get along great with calm, settled dogs—especially middle-aged or older ones—but I’m not too interested in playing rough and tumble. I’m more of a chill buddy who enjoys peaceful company. I’d be just as happy as the only dog in the house, too, as long as there’s plenty of love to go around!

I’m crate trained and housebroken, and I’ve only had one little accident, so I’m doing pretty great with the potty routine. I walk like a pro on a leash (seriously, I’m the best walker you’ll ever meet—no pulling, just staying right by your side!). I sleep quietly by your bed all night and I’m a real car ride champ too. I’m a bit timid when it comes to new things, but that just means I need a little time to warm up. Once I get to know you, though, I’m all about bonding and making you feel loved. I even watch TV and like to look at myself in the mirror—I guess I’m just a visual guy who enjoys life’s little moments!

I do best in a calm home where things aren’t too busy or chaotic, as I’m more reserved than most. I’m not a big fan of change, so I’d love to meet you a few times before we make things official so I can feel comfy and settled in. I promise, once I feel at home, I’ll be the most loyal, loving companion you could ask for. If you’re looking for a gentle, sweet, and loving dog to be your best friend, I might just be the one!
