Thoreau is a very sweet and affectionate boy. He loves getting pets and attention from people. He likes to stay close to his humans usually by laying at their feet or cuddling next to them on the couch . Thoreau is crate trained, leash trained, and housebroken.
We are working with him on training, as he loves to bolt through any door as soon as it is opened. Thoreau is well mannered, but he does tend to jump when he wants attention, which we have been working on. He's not a fan of sharing his toys and bones yet, but he does get along and play extremely well with other dogs. He loves his GSD foster sisters.
Thoreau will make a wonderful addition to a family that will give him all the love and attention he deserves
