Spruce

Hi, I’m Spruce!  And you know what rhymes with Spruce?  Bruce.  And you know whose name that is, right?  BATMAN!  Now, I’m not saying I’m Batman, but what I am saying is that Batman and I have never been seen in the same room at the same time.

I’m a 5 months old solid black GSD pup, and sure, like Batman, I’m a little shy, at first.  But after a while (and maybe some treats like cheese or chicken or hot dog) I’m going to be your best friend.  I do pretty well with other dogs.  And whenever I play tug with my foster brothers, I win because Batman always wins.  My amazing foster mom is working with me on my manners, and I’m not one to brag, but let’s just say I’m a quick study.  I’m crate trained and almost at the finish line for being house broken.

Like Batman, I’m pertty much ready for anything, as I’m neutered, and microchipped. I'm still working on my vaccinations, though, so no trips to Gotham City just yet. But soon, my friends. Soon.

I’m looking for a loving home where you’ll treat me like the superhero I am, giving me lots of love, belly rubs, and affection. Hopefully I'll find my trusty sidekick soon, though someone way cooler than Robin!
