Hi, I’m Sinclair!

I’m a sweet young boy who just wants to find my forever home. I really want to be loved so sometimes I’m just a bit extra to get attention. I need appropriate guidance with acceptable behavior (such as not jumping on people when I'm excited to see them). I enjoy going on walks and sniff-aris in the neighborhood or local parks. I walk very nicely on my lead. I’m quite alert to all the activities and I like to watch for a moment but I don’t overreact. After I see what’s happening, I‘m ready to just keep strolling along.

I love to be with my people and sometimes I get a bit over excited but I’m working hard to understand my manners. I just want to please so I am trying to pay attention and do what I’m asked. I am learning quickly. I have become much better at understanding my crate time & gaining more patience waiting to be fed. I am a smart boy and I am food motivated so that makes learning time fun. I’m a good car rider as well!

Since I’m a young lad, I do have some extra excitement in me. That is why it might be better for me to be around older kids, as I can be quite rambunctious. Having positive outlets for my energy is important. If my forever person has experience with active pups, that would be good for me. I can also channel my inner chill. While my foster is working in the home office, I lay nicely on the floor or my bed and relax while they do their people stuff. I even do the same while my foster prepares yummy smelling things in the kitchen. I may come see what smells so good and sneak a sniff but I’m quite respectful if it’s not for me. 

Wherever my people go I like to go. I just want to be with them. If you’re looking for a friend for life, I'm the one!
