Hi, I’m Quinn!

I’m a 7 year old purebred German Shepherd, and if I could describe my dream day, it would go something like this: a good belly rub in the morning, a nice head scratch mid afternoon, and a whole lot of lounging around with my favorite person in between. I used to live with a family and two other dogs, but their circumstances changed and they weren’t able to keep me anymore. It wasn’t anything I did, sometimes life just happens, and now I’m hoping to find a family who’s ready to give me the same love I’m so ready to give back.

I’m not much for marathon hikes anymore, but I still love a good short or medium walk to sniff around and stretch my legs, especially if there’s a puddle along the way. Give me a little water to splash around in and cool off, and I am one happy girl. After my walk, I’m perfectly happy curling up next to you on the couch for the rest of the day.

I’m house trained and an easy dog to live with. I also happen to love car rides, so if you’re the type who likes a co-pilot for errands or road trips, I’m your girl, just crack the windows or turn on the AC and I’m set.

I do great with kids, I’m friendly with pretty much everyone I meet, and I get along well with other dogs too, as long as you don’t forget to give me belly rubs and scratches too.

I’ll be honest, I’m also a bit of a foodie. Treats are my love language, and I will absolutely work for them. A little training, a little snuggling, a lot of good snacks, that’s really all I need to be happy.

I may be a little older, but I promise I’ve still got so much love left to give. I’m looking for a family who wants a calm, affectionate companion to grow old with, someone to sit beside on quiet evenings and greet with a wagging tail every single day. If that sounds like you, I’d love to meet you.
