Hi, I'm Maia! I’m a sweet 2-year-old GSD girl who absolutely loves attention, pets, and a good ear scratch. 

I joined the rescue with my seven puppies, but I had to wait until I finished my heartworm treatment before I could start looking for my own family. Now I’m ready!

I lived outside all my life before coming to rescue, and I have to say, I’m really enjoying this amazing thing called air conditioning! I walk well on leash and do great with other dogs when given proper introductions. I’m also quite the yard patrol expert—I take my job of keeping those pesky squirrels out very seriously! 

I’ve spent my life taking care of everyone else. Now I’m hoping someone will choose me and show me what having a loving forever home is all about.
