Lacey

Hey there! I’m Lacey, a spunky 5-6 month old rescue pup with a heart full of love and a nose for adventure! I don’t remember much about my early days, but I was found wandering around and some kind souls took me in. They couldn’t keep me, so now I’m living it up with my awesome foster mom and her three grown-up German Shepherds. 

Since moving in, I’ve been working really hard on my “lessons” – you know, the important stuff like Sit, Down, With Me, Here, Heel, Leave-It, and more! I’ve totally nailed the whole “no potty in the house” thing. I’m a super quick learner, especially when treats or toys are involved. (Who wouldn’t be, right?)

Leash walking? Nailed it. I try my best not to pull because I know that’s not polite. I love staying close to my family and cuddling up whenever I can. At night, I snooze happily in my crate and I also stay there when my foster mom goes to work. But no worries, our pet sitter makes sure I get outside for potty breaks and fun playtime with my big dog friends.

I thrive on being part of a family and wouldn't be happy left alone or outside by myself for long stretches. I’m a pretty girl (or so they tell me!) and I’m going to stay petite when I grow up.
