Helena

Let me tell you about Helena. Helena is a beautiful dog. The cutest physical characteristic Helena has is about one inch at the very tip of her tail is solid white.  Almost like she has a light at the end of her tail.  When she runs it is very noticeable like “her light still shines”, thank goodness. Helena was to be euthanized by a local shelter when GHGSDR stepped in.  What a tragedy that would have been, she is an amazing, exceptional dog with a lot to give.  

Helena must have been someone's best friend at one time because she is a great companion, if you want to work in the yard she is always nearby. If you want to watch TV or read a book, she is up for that too.  Her favorite activity is to track the critters that roamed the yard the night before.  No critters or squirrels on her watch, including cats.  

She loves playing an IQ game where she must move slots in different directions to get the treat hidden there. She is always ready to go on a moment’s notice, a walk, a ride in the car, anything you choose to do, this girl is with you.  We did a quick reminder course on leash manners, and she caught on very quickly. 

Helena will certainly make a fabulous addition to your home - could you be her forever family?
