Foxtrot

Hi my name is Foxtrot!  I am back at the rescue thru no fault of my own, I love my humans!  Unfortunately, my guardian pet parents fell out of love with each other and got divorced and weren't able to take me from what I thought was my furever home to one of their new places, so I wound up coming back to the rescue to find another family.  I worked so hard to be good and I didn't understand how I wound up in the kennel again but now I'm super happy because I'm in a private foster home and I get along with ALL the other GSD dogs here, I share the toys and wait my turn!  Even the intake vet techs talked about how good and sweet that I am with everyone!  I really love humans and hope to find a human to love me back.

I walk so nicely on a leash, will walk by your side and want to be around my guardians ALL THE TIME!  I sleep so sweetly and quietly in my crate at night, you wouldn't even know that I'm in the room while we all are sleeping to recharge our snouts for next day of fun and excitement!  I run out the back door to do my business, but if you don't come outside with me, I'll return to the back door and wait at the door for you to let me back in to rejoin you!

If you want to meet a GSD that wants to take pets from your whole family and your friends, I'm the GSD that you want to meet!  For retired folks for an easy/sweet companion GSD who would be thrilled with walks to the mailbox or sitting in the back yard drinking a cup of coffee together, I would love that situation - I have lower exercise needs and would be easy for new GSD guardians or low activity homes...  Please apply for me to see when I may be at the next meet and greet.  Woof !

Special Considerations for Adoption:  Foxtrot is very loving towards humans and bonds and trusts very quickly.  He does get separation anxiety as some GSDs do and wants to be right back at your side after he goes outside and does his business.  He'll then sit by your feet while you watch TV!  Foxtrot also does have a slightly off-center hip, however he is sweet, playful and fun - he likes walks to the mailbox with his humans or having fun around the back yard playing with toys.
