Special Considerations for Adoption:

Moira (pronounced MOY' ruh) is a sunny girl, with a cheerful and playful personality. She is petite, and a very "girly girl," in that she is cute and sweet and light on her feet. Her foster family calls her an "apartment sized" GSD. She moves gracefully, and prances like a racehorse. And fast? This girl can run like the wind! But even though she is smaller and more feminine, she is every bit a GSD. She loves to play with her canine foster siblings, and can definitely hold her own with the big dogs. She has all the wonderful GSD attributes, just in a smaller package.

Moira loves people, and has bonded intensely with her foster family. Moira is not a problem barker, but she is very capable of communicating immediately when her family needs to know something. If she goes to a family member and barks sharply, her family has learned to quickly investigate. Moira is very intelligent, and when she barks, it means that something is amiss and her family needs to pay attention! At only 9 months old, Moira has the legendary GSD loyalty and ability to identify a threat to her pack, and alert her pack leaders (her people) at once.

As a puppy, Moira will need exercise and training to help her develop into a healthy and well-rounded adult dog. She is house broken and crate trained. Her beautiful, thick GSD coat is growing out nicely, and she is ready for her forever home. If this lovely girl sounds like the one for you, please fill out an application and ask for Moira. She is looking forward to meeting you!
