Happy Tails Update:  Laurel was adopted by Harris County Constable Ted Heap, a founding member of the Harris County Animal Cruelty Task Force, along with his wife, Jennifer, and son, Andrew.  The family is happy to welcome their newly adopted family member, who is now named Gracie. 

Laurel is a very active and athletic girl.  She loves to run, and her gait is beautiful, fluid, and silky.  Seeing Laurel run is a pleasure just to watch.  Laurel is extremely sweet and affectionate.  She loves to be petted and cuddled.  Laurel is playful, and very social.  She enjoys interacting with people, and will try to make friends with other dogs of all sizes.  Laurel is a happy girl who is looking for her forever home.
