Hello, I am the foster mom for a special girl, Julianna. Julianna is as pretty as her name sounds. I've told everyone that she looks like a girl! Julianna came to our rescue in November and has had a long journey. As with so many rescue dogs, she was heartworm positive and we treated that and she also had a viral infection called Canine Transmissible Venereal Tumour which was treated with chemo injections over a course of 3 weeks. Julianna now has a clean bill of health and will have no long term effects from her rough start. Julianna took all of this in stride and remained one of the easiest foster dogs I've ever had. My family adores this sweet girl. She has excellent house manners, sleeps and eats in her crate, is house broken and rides well in the car. Julianna immediately made friends with our male German Shepherd and respects the 11 pound senior poodle. We suspect she would not do well with cats. Julianna loves to lay in the backyard on a pleasant day, but enjoys being petted when inside. I would generally describe Julianna as being laid back. I'm so excited for Julianna to get the opportunity to have the wonderful life she deserves! Could Julianna complete YOUR family?
