2014

My name is Miss Vida and I am a tomboy dressed in a princess coat! I love to run and play with my foster brothers but like any princess I do not like to get my paws wet when it rains. I have very sensitive skin and I have been taking medicine to help keep this under control. My foster mom has gotten me better and I just need to make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t get out of control again. My fur is so beautiful now!

I have good house manners. I don’t chew on anything but my bone and my toys and I never counter surf! I love to snuggle with my foster mom, but I am only allowed up on the dog chair and I don’t get on any other furniture unless my foster mom says it’s okay. My favorite game is “Where's the toy?" I love, love, love to take walks. My foster mom is teaching me how to walk better on a leash but sometimes those wonderful smells all around distract me. I have a doggy door at my house and I am potty trained. But I do need help learning to tell you that I have to go potty when I’m in strange houses that don’t have a doggy door. I’m getting pretty good at this though! I have a small foster sister, she’s about 14 pounds and very old. I try to play with her but she doesn’t like it so mostly she just growls at me and I leave her alone. I do wish she would play with me though. I’m not fond of cats...they bark funny, so I try and chase them but my foster mom tells me I can’t have the kitty (I don’t understand this because they look just like my chew toys!)

I am a very pretty girl, as all princesses are, and I am looking for my special forever home. It would be great if you already have a dog at your house, since I am a social butterfly and I love my dog pals! Won’t you please give me a look? I just know we can be great buddies!
