Atticus

Meet Atticus – a tall, strong boy, with a gorgeous white coat and a big dog bark to announce his presence. Don’t be fooled, he is made of marshmallow fluff. This sweet character likes to be right where the family is, amidst all the action.

Atticus is a playful puppy at heart, who still thrives on consistent rules and training. He has quickly learned the routine of the home: feeding time, outdoor breaks, relaxation mode, and bedtime. His favorite toys are stuffed squeaker items (oh joy!) and an empty water bottle. He uses a tennis ball as a chew toy – not something to fetch.

Atticus is house and crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He is attentive to his surroundings, alerting you to anything he deems dangerous, but will still allow the neighbors to fawn over him with ear scratches and head pats.

Atticus is a sweet, loveable and loyal companion.  Atticus adores children of all ages and is very good with them. His foster mom has observed many loving interactions between Atticus and very young children. He can be adopted to a family with children of any age, but parents should consider that Atticus is a large, strong dog, and should always supervise active playtime with young children.
